Step 2: Create Qualifying Content

To earn a 50% refund, publish one of the following:

Content Requirements:
🔹 The MaxxStick must be a central focus of the video. Actively use, discuss, or demonstrate it as a key part of the content.
🔹 Videos must be publicly posted on eligible platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
🔹 Content must remain public for at least 90 days.

Step 3: Reach the View Threshold & Claim Your Refund

Your video(s) must meet the following view requirements:

  • 500 total views for one 2-minute video
  • 500 total views for two 1-minute videos (e.g., 250 views + 250 views)
  • 500 total views for four 30-second videos
 

To Claim Your Refund:

  1. Contact us with:
    • Links to your video(s)
    • A screenshot showing the view count
    • Your original order number
  2. Upload the original, high-quality video file via a Google Drive link we’ll provide.
  3. Complete an authorization form granting us permission to use your content.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

MaxxStick Video Content Release Form

  1. Eligibility:
    • This program is open to creators worldwide, but participants must comply with their local laws and regulations.
    • Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate.
  2. Content Guidelines:
    • Content must be original and created by you. Plagiarized or stolen content will disqualify you from the program.
    • Videos must not contain offensive, harmful, or misleading material. This includes hate speech, violence, or false claims about the product.
    • Content must comply with the terms of service of the platform where it is posted.
  3. Refund Limits:
    • The refund amount will not exceed the original purchase price of the MaxxStick. This applies regardless of how many videos you create or how many views they generate.
    • Refunds do not include duties, VAT, or any other additional charges incurred during the purchase. Only the base product price and shipping fees will be refunded.
    • Refunds are issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
  4. View Count Verification:
    • View counts must be organic. Purchased views, bots, or any form of artificial inflation will disqualify you from the program.
    • We reserve the right to verify view counts using third-party tools or platform analytics.
  5. Affiliate Program Terms:
    • Affiliate codes are non-transferable and can only be used by the creator to whom they were assigned.
    • Affiliate earnings are subject to a minimum payout threshold of $30 USD.
    • Payouts are processed quarterly (every 3 months) and will be issued via PayPal, bank transfer, or another agreed-upon method.
  6. Content Usage Rights:
    • By participating, you grant MaxxStick a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the specific content you submit as part of this program for marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
      • Social media promotions
      • Website content
      • Advertisements
    • This license applies only to the content you submit for the program and does not extend to other content you may create outside of this program.
    • You retain ownership of your content and can use it for other purposes outside of this program.
  7. Program Changes or Termination:
    • MaxxStick reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
    • If the program is terminated, participants will still be eligible for refunds or rewards for content created before the termination date, provided all requirements are met.
  8. Taxes and Fees:
    • Participants are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with their earnings (e.g., refunds, affiliate commissions).
    • MaxxStick is not responsible for withholding or remitting taxes on your behalf.
  9. Disqualification:
    • MaxxStick reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the program’s terms or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
    • Disqualified participants will forfeit any pending refunds, rewards, or affiliate earnings.
  10. Limitation of Liability:
    • MaxxStick is not liable for any technical issues, platform changes, or other external factors that may affect your ability to participate in the program or earn rewards.
    • MaxxStick is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from your participation in the program.
  11. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes related to this program will be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
