Return Policy

We trust that you’ll appreciate our product as much as we took pleasure in crafting it for you. That’s why we support our MaxxStick products with a comprehensive return policy. Please find more information below to ensure a smooth and satisfactory return experience.

MaxxStick Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MaxxStick purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy.

Returns

What you can return:
  • MaxxStick products in like-new, working condition, with original packaging, if shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery.
 
What you need for a return:
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.)
  • Return authorization number (contact us to get this)
 
How to return:
  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to get a return authorization number.
  2. Ship your return to the correct return address within 30 days of the date your item had been marked as delivered to you:
    • US returns: Seattle, Washington, USA
    • International returns: Calgary, Alberta, Canada
  3. Mark your package clearly with the return authorization number.
  4. Notify us of the return tracking number.
 
Important Notes:
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not refund the original shipping costs.
  • Returns must be handed to your shipping carrier within 30 days of delivery to you.
  • Refunds are initiated when we have received and inspected the item.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Consider using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.
  • We cannot accept returns of MaxxSkins, repair parts, or replacement parts. These sales are final.
  • Filing a chargeback or dispute with our payment processor makes you ineligible for returns.
 
Lost Packages After Delivery

If your tracking information shows the package as delivered, but you cannot locate it:

  1. File a claim with the shipping carrier. (Example: USPS Priority Mail includes insurance up to $100: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm)
  2. Consider filing a report with your local authorities if you suspect theft.

Shipping to our Warehouse in Canada

If you are shipping an item to our warehouse in Canada from an international location, please make sure to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Declare the return: When filling out the customs declaration form, be sure to declare that the item being returned is a “return” and state the original value of the item.
  2. Include the reason for return: In the description section of the customs declaration form, include the reason for the return, such as “defective item” or “incorrect size”.
  3. Provide proof of purchase: Include a copy of the original invoice or receipt to help customs officials verify the value of the item and ensure that any duties or taxes paid on the original purchase are refunded.
  4. Mark the package clearly: Write “Return” or “Returned Merchandise” prominently on the outside of the package to alert customs officials that the package is a return and not a new purchase.
  5. Be aware of specific country regulations: Be sure to research the customs regulations of the specific countries involved to ensure that you comply with any additional requirements.

Please note that if you do not follow these guidelines and duties are charged to MaxxStick, the fees will be deducted from the refund. If you paid duties when you received your MaxxStick, you may be eligible to apply for a refund of duty and taxes from your country’s customs office. It is up to you to determine how to accomplish this for your specific country.

Partial Refund

Please note that we may offer a partial refund in the following circumstances:

  1. If an item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee at our discretion.
  2. All sales of MaxxSkin are final. If a MaxxStick has a MaxxSkin applied to it and the product remains in like-new condition otherwise and is returned, a partial refund will be issued.
  3. If duties are charged to MaxxStick due to a failure to follow the guidelines for returning items to Canada, those fees will be deducted from the refund.

We reserve the right to determine the extent of any partial refund, based on the specific circumstances of the return. If you have any questions or concerns about our partial refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How to Start A Return

To initiate a return, please fill in the form below. One of our customer support will confirm your order and the issues you’re having and initiate a return request. Please ensure that this is completed prior to contacting our team so that we can expedite your return order. Follow our customs requirements above if you returning the item from outside of Canada. 

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in new working condition. If it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

Return Form
