We hope you enjoy our product half as much as we enjoyed making it for you. That’s why we stand behind our MaxxStick products with a manufacturer’s warranty. Read below for more details. 

Limited Warranty Overview

MaxxStick products include a Limited Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship when used normally and according to official documentation. A valid Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Valid Proof of Purchase

  • A dated sales receipt from an authorized reseller, retail partner, or the MaxxStick website showing product description and price.
  • An official dated email from an authorized online dealer confirming purchase and shipment with product description and price.

Not Accepted as Proof of Purchase

  • UPC barcodes from product packaging
  • Photos of the product
  • Certificates of authenticity
  • Receipts from unauthorized sellers, auction sites, liquidators, or clearance outlets
  • Cancelled checks or credit card statements

If You Do Not Have Proof of Purchase

  • If purchased from MaxxStick.com, we may be able to locate your order with your order number and shipping details.
  • If purchased from an authorized retail partner, contact them to request a copy of your receipt.
  • If the item was a gift, the giver may provide the receipt or handle the warranty process for you.

Warranty Coverage

  • Coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period.
  • Repaired or replaced units are covered for the longer of 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty period.

Exclusions

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or use of non MaxxStick parts
  • Cosmetic wear, minor cosmetic variations, or normal wear and tear
  • Products with altered or removed serial numbers
  • Non MaxxStick branded accessories

  • If further support is needed, contact MaxxStick or your authorized reseller

Submitting a Warranty Claim

  • If purchased from a dealer, begin your claim with the dealer
  • If purchased from MaxxStick.com or if a dealer cannot assist, submit a support ticket at https://maxxstick.com/technical-support/
  • Include your order ID, contact info, Proof of Purchase, and reason for return
  • Do not send any product to MaxxStick without a valid order number

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product to MaxxStick
  • If the claim is approved, MaxxStick covers the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired unit back to you

Legacy or Obsolete Products

  • Repair service is available as long as the product remains within its original warranty period
