We believe you will love your MaxxStick as much as we enjoyed creating it. However, if you are not completely satisfied, our clear and straightforward return policy ensures a hassle-free return experience. Simply follow the steps below to get started.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MaxxStick purchase. Please review our return policy below to understand how to return your product smoothly and efficiently.

Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items returned should be in like-new, working condition with original packaging. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the original product cost. Customers are responsible for both the cost of shipping the product to them and the return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Only the remaining product cost, after deducting the 25% restocking fee, will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A return authorization (RMA) is required to complete a return. Please complete the Return Form on our website to receive RMA instructions. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the RMA, and tracking information should be provided to ensure the RMA does not expire.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced for a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

  • Apply for a Return: Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the delivery of the product.
Steps for Returning an Item
  1. Complete the Return Form: To initiate a return, complete the Return Form available on our website. This will provide us with the necessary details to process your request.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a return authorization number. This number is required to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Once you have received your return authorization, you must ship the item back to us within 7 days.
  4. Provide Tracking Information: To ensure your return authorization doesn’t expire, send us the tracking number of your shipment as soon as the item is sent.
Shipping Costs

Please note that only the cost of the product will be refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including shipping the product to you and the return shipping back to us. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

Condition of Returned Items
  • Unopened and Unused: If your item is unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging, no restocking fee will be charged.
  • Opened and Used: If the package has been opened by the customer and the item has been used, a 25% restocking fee of the original product cost will be applied.

Example: If the original product price is $70, and you paid $10 for shipping, here’s how the refund would be calculated:

  • Unopened and Unused: You would be refunded the full $70, but the $10 shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Opened and Used: A 25% restocking fee would be applied to the $70 product cost. This means $17.50 (25% of $70) would be deducted from the refund, leaving you with a refund of $52.50. The $10 shipping cost is non-refundable.
Return Shipping Timeline

Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return authorization. Failure to ship within this timeframe may result in your return authorization expiring, and we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Filing a Dispute

Filing a chargeback or dispute with our payment processor makes you ineligible for returns.

Lost Packages After Delivery

If your tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier. (Example: USPS Priority Mail includes insurance up to $100: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm)
  • Consider filing a report with your local authorities if you suspect theft.
Customs and International Shipping

If you are returning an item to our warehouse in Canada from an international location, please follow these steps to avoid customs fees and ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Declare the Return Properly: On the customs declaration form, clearly mark the item as a “Returned Item” or “Returned Merchandise” and state that it is being returned to the original seller for a refund or exchange.

  2. Specify the Original Value: List the original purchase price of the item as the value on the customs form, but specify that it is a return to avoid additional duties.

  3. Include Documentation: Attach a copy of the original invoice or receipt to the outside of the package where customs officials can easily find it.

  4. Mark the Package Clearly: Write “Returned Merchandise – No Commercial Value” prominently on the package to indicate it is not a new purchase.

  5. Follow Country-Specific Regulations: Ensure you comply with the customs regulations of your country to facilitate smooth processing.

Important Notes:
  • If these guidelines are not followed and customs fees or duties are charged to MaxxStick, those fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you paid duties upon receiving your MaxxStick, you may be able to apply for a refund of those duties from your country’s customs office. Check with your local customs authority for the correct procedure.
