Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced for a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Return Timeframe
- Apply for a Return: Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the delivery of the product.
Steps for Returning an Item
- Complete the Return Form: To initiate a return, complete the Return Form available on our website. This will provide us with the necessary details to process your request.
- Receive a Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a return authorization number. This number is required to return your item.
- Ship the Item Back: Once you have received your return authorization, you must ship the item back to us within 7 days.
- Provide Tracking Information: To ensure your return authorization doesn’t expire, send us the tracking number of your shipment as soon as the item is sent.
Shipping Costs
Please note that only the cost of the product will be refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including shipping the product to you and the return shipping back to us. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Items
- Unopened and Unused: If your item is unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging, no restocking fee will be charged.
- Opened and Used: If the package has been opened by the customer and the item has been used, a 25% restocking fee of the original product cost will be applied.
Example: If the original product price is $70, and you paid $10 for shipping, here’s how the refund would be calculated:
- Unopened and Unused: You would be refunded the full $70, but the $10 shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Opened and Used: A 25% restocking fee would be applied to the $70 product cost. This means $17.50 (25% of $70) would be deducted from the refund, leaving you with a refund of $52.50. The $10 shipping cost is non-refundable.
Return Shipping Timeline
Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return authorization. Failure to ship within this timeframe may result in your return authorization expiring, and we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Filing a Dispute
Filing a chargeback or dispute with our payment processor makes you ineligible for returns.
